What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click on the "Forgot your Password" link in the login page and enter your User ID and e-mail address you used at the time of registration. Click on "Get Password" button. Your password will be emailed to you.

How to change my account password?
-Login to "Manage Account" section
-Click on “Change Password” link
-Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering
-Your new password will be activated immediately
How to modify my profile?

Why can't I find a listing when I do a search?
Probably there are no properties currently available that match your search criteria. Try adding your property requirements by filling up a simple buy form with relevant details. This will help you focus your search with ease.
Is registration required to search?
No, anyone can use propertygarh.com search to find properties.
Is there any way that I can filter my search?
You can search through Quick Search, Search Property< Advance Search > or Property ID Search/Builder Search/ Location Search options.
"Advanced Search" is the best way if you are searching for a particular type of property.
How are properties sorted on search result page?
By default on search result page, most recently added property listing is displayed on the top.

What is Property ID Search?
Every property listed on Propertygarh.com will receive a unique Property ID. You can search for a property by just entering the Property ID.
How do I retrieve my Property ID incase I have lost the Property ID approval mailer?
Login to your account. Go to Quick Link < Manage Property. The Property ID will be displayed above each property listing posted by you.

What's the procedure to list my property for sale or rent on your site?
Go to Post Property. You need to fill up a simple form. Provide your property details and you may also add property photos. Upon clicking on the “Submit” button, the form will be sent for validation, which is usually completed within 24 hours. After validation, your property listing will be visible on the site.
How do I edit my property profile?
Log in to your account and go to Quick Link < Manage Property < Edit.  Once the modifications to your property have been done, click on the “Submit” button. Your information will be sent for validation, which is usually completed within 24 hours. After validation, your modified property profile will appear on the site.
Can I upload my logo with my listing?
You can upload your logo only if you are an Agent or a Builder at the time of registration or later on.
I have just posted my property, why does it not appear in the search results?
When you post your property the first time it will not appear immediately in the search results. Validation is usually completed within 24 hours after which it will appear in the search results.

How do I upload photos?
Login to your account . In “Quick Link” section go to  Post Property < Photo of Property < Choose File Browse through your system and select the property photos you want to add and click the Submit button. We allow you to upload up to 5 property images.
How do I change my default photo?
Login to your account. In “Quick Link” section go to  Manage Property < Edit < Photo of Property < Choose File Browse through your system and select the property photos you want to add and click the Submit button.
For uploading more than one image of your Property, login to your account. In “Quick Link” section go to Manage Property < Add More Image < Choose File Browse through your system and select the property photos you want to add and click the Submit button.

How do I "feature" my property?
To feature your property on our homepage, mail your request to info@propertygarh.com or call our Helpline Number displayed at our Home page.
Why isn't my property getting responses, what can I do to increase the responses I get?
If you are a builder, please login to your account regularly to enhance visibility of listed properties and drive in more responses.
If you are an agent, Login to your account. In “Quick Link” section go to  Manage Property <  Refresh . This will help bring more visibility and responses.
Furnish all the details about your property and add good pictures of the property.
